01Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
02Our products
The Mochie PDRN Pink Collagen Volume Multi Balm is a cosmetic product for external use only. It is not a medicine or therapeutic good and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results are cosmetic and vary from person to person.
- Patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use.
- Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.
- Stop use if irritation occurs.
- Contains PDRN derived from salmon. Do not use if you have a fish allergy.
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children.
- Check the full ingredient list on the product page or packaging before use.
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images.
03Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart.
- Promo codes can't be combined with bundle discounts or other offers unless stated.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout.
04Free gifts
Free gifts are included with eligible bundles while stocks last, have no cash value and can't be exchanged. If a gift is unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
05Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
06Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 60-day glow guarantee are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
07Intellectual property
All content on mochie.com.au, including the Mochie name, logos, images and text, belongs to Mochie or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
08Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or video, you give us permission to use it on our website, social media and advertising. Content must be honest and not offensive or unlawful. We may remove any content at our discretion.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
