Orders usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, Australia wide. Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Weekday orders placed before 1pm (Melbourne time) ship the same day.
Where is my order?
Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or send us your order number and we'll look it up.
What if I don't love it?
You're covered by our 60-day glow guarantee. Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No need to send used balms back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it for you.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It's made for daily use on face and lips. Patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use. It contains PDRN from salmon, so skip it if you have a fish allergy.
